HOW LONG DOES AN AVERAGE PROJECT TAKE?

Average projects take about 4 to 5 hours. The more information I have to go helps ensure we are going the right direction. Having clear and precise measurements from you allows me to create a design that is accurate and more time is spent on creating a spectacular design that wows your client.

WHY SHOULD I USE YOUR SERVICES?

Time is the only item that everyone has the exact same amount of.  If you had 4 "extra" hours a week to get back to clients, schedule appointments or follow up with clients.  Would spending 4 hours at $75 an hour costing you $300 be cost effective if you could sell a $3,000 job or more in that amount of time.  Then take that into account per year and you could get 5 weeks worth of time back to spend on your business and growing it!

WHAT TYPES OF PROJECTS DO YOU SPECIALIZE IN?

I love challenges and consider everything from complete renovations, pools, patios, pergola's, retaining walls, dry creek beds, and lighting all items I specialize in.

HOW DO YOU RECOMMEND I CHARGE FOR DESIGNS WHEN MY COMPETITION DOES NOT?

Nothing in life is truly free, the time is calculated somewhere in the proposal.  I would encourage you to discuss with your clients that you feel charging allows a better end result with someone that can focus on the design entirely without the distractions.  If your competition is doing 10 free designs a week, they have to start to rush through the process and not give it the attention and detail that my services would provide.
